1．Dynabeads CD31を用いて、内皮細胞を単離した後、RNA抽出や細胞培養をする場合に、beadsと内皮細胞を分離するにはどのようにすればいいのでしょうか？
2．Dynabeads Protein GとCD31抗体を用いて、内皮細胞の分離をDynabeads CD31内皮細胞と同じように行うことは可能でしょうか？
3．Dynabeads M-450 CD31はマウスCD31との交差性はあるのでしょうか？ -
1．ビーズ表面の抗体はビーズに共有結合しておりますので、抗体をビーズから外すことはできませんが、細胞と抗体の結合ですので、2-4日培養すると外れてくるかと思います。
2．可能かと思いますが、情報がございませんので一度お試しください。
CD31抗体をお持ちの場合、Dynabeads Protein Gよりビーズの粒径が大きく細胞分離に適した下記の二次抗体結合ビーズがお薦めです。

3．この抗体は、マウスCD31と交差反応する可能性が低いです。二次抗体結合Dynabeadsを利用した、マウス血管内皮細胞分離の例があります。
