  文献には次のような記載もございます。
  - It seems THP-1 only show a very low DC differentiation capacity when only stimulated with cytokines, but differentiation does work when calcium ionophores such as ionomycin are added to the cytokine supplements.
  - On the other hand, the U937 cell line is not able to differentiate into DCs.
