- EasySep Mouse FITC Selection Kitを使用してマウスの脂肪組織中の間葉系幹細胞を分離したいのですが、脂肪組織の処理の際に細胞が凝集して沈殿してしまいました。凝集を改善するための何か良い方法はありますか？

凝集を改善する方法と致しましては、EDTAを含まないバッファー中でDNaseIを室温で15分反応させ、EDTA入りのバッファー（EasySep buffer (ST-20104)）で洗浄および再懸濁します。
DNase I（ST-07900）は100 ug/mLの濃度で加えてください。

The best thing you can do for this is to incubate the cells in DNase I for 15 minutes at RT in medium without EDTA, then wash and resuspend in medium with EDTA (EasySep buffer). Please add the DNase I at 100ug/mL (we sell this Cat# 07900).Most digestion protocols use DNase I because the procedure is harsh on the cells and there is always cell death.
