This paper also shows that bone-marrow derived mast cells also express the Sca1 and CD117 markers. For a negative selection but with something else to get rid of macrophages, neutrophils (for instance: CD2, CD45R/B220, TER119, F4/80, CD23) might work to get some enrichment.
