EasySep™ Human Naïve CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit (ST-19555) は、新鮮もしくは凍結PBMCからナイーブ CD4+ T細胞をネガティブセレクションで単離するキットです。
非ナイーブ CD4+ T細胞は、除去のために抗体複合体とデキストランコートされた磁性粒子で標識します。標識された細胞を、EasySep™ magnetでカラムを使用せずに分離します。ナイーブ CD4+ T細胞は、流し出して新しいチューブ内に回収します。
本品より新しいEasySep™ Human Naïve CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit II (ST-17555) を使用すると、より迅速に細胞を分離できます。分離時間は僅か11分です。

Starting with a single-cell suspension of PBMCs, the naïve CD4+ T cell (CD3+CD4+CD45RA+CD45RO-) content of the isolated fraction typically ranges from 91.3% - 96.9%. In the example above, the purities of the start and isolated fraction are 11.1% and 93.2%, respectively.
