EasySep™ Human Naïve Pan T Cell Isolation Kit (ST-17961) は、新鮮もしくは凍結したヒト末梢血単核細胞 (PBMC) やウォッシュした白血球アフェレーシスサンプルから、Naïve Pan T細胞を免疫磁気ネガティブセレクションで単離する製品です。
不要な非ナイーブPan T細胞は、抗体複合体と磁性粒子で標識します。標識した細胞はEasySep™ Magnetでカラムを使用せずに分離します。ナイーブPan T細胞は、溶液を流し出すかピペットで吸引して新しいチューブに回収します。

EasySep™ Human Naïve Pan T Cell Isolation Kitで、ヒトPBMCから高純度のナイーブT細胞をネガティブ分離！
Starting with fresh PBMCs, the naïve pan T cell content (CD3+CD45RA+CD45RO-CD197+) of the isolated fraction is typically 96.1 ± 2.3% (mean ± SD using the purple EasySep™ Magnet). In the above example, the purities of the start and final isolated fractions are 4.5% and 97%, respectively.
